They advocate for your rights and give you certain benefits. Unlike most brokerages we don't require Realtor® membership.We believe in giving you a choice! You can continue as a Realtor® and pay $700-800 per year in NAR / CAR / local association fees... or you can simply be a real estate agent and save your money :)What will you miss? If you choose to leave the association, you can't call yourself a "Realtor" any longer and you will lose the benefits, like the ZipForms and the legal hotline.How do you operate as a non-Realtor? With us you will get the same forms via our proprietary transaction system, as a replacement to ZipForms. We will also give you all the legal support you need with our multiple in-house attorneys.What about MLS? Also contrary to popular belief, Realtor® membership is not required for MLS access (in most markets). As a regular real estate agent you would still have the same access, and will pay for MLS separately, without the extra association dues.
